2. The present application has been filed seeking recall of order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43030 of 2019 by which the case was dismissed for non-appearance.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to illness of his father, he could not be present in Court on 16.11.2019 and, thus, the application stood dismissed.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-
