B. For a further writ or direction to the respondent authorities to accompany the victim girls and provide protection to them.
C. For a further writ or direction to the concerned respondents to take appropriate actions against respondent no. 7 to 12 for their illegal act of custody of the victim girls and pushing them into the flesh trade.
D. For any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions which may be fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition enabling the petitioner to file a proper petition in accordance with law.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
