JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents have objected to the maintainability of the present writ petition, inasmuch as according to the Bihar Public Works Contract Dispute Arbitration Act, 2008, against the award passed by the said Tribunal, a revision is maintainable before the High Court as per Section 13 of the said Act.
In view of the aforesaid objection taken by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with
Patna High Court CWJC No.18855 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 liberty to file an appropriate Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
