2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58952 of 2023.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.09.2023, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with specific direction to surrender himself before the Trial Court within six weeks from today i.e. 20.09.2023, but due to mistake, petitioner could not surrendered himself before the Trial Court within time.

4. As such, this Court is hereby refuse to modify the said order i.e. order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1273 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 58952 of 2023. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that in case, he surrenders himself before the Trial Court, then the Trial Court shall dispose off his application in course of the day, taking into consideration that anticipatory bail has been granted to him by this Court, but he has failed to surrender himself before the Trial Court within time.
