(1) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondentauthorities to pay all the following retiral benefits to the petitioner along with 12% interest thereon:- (i) Arrears of salary since Nov, 2017 to May, 2018.

(ii) Gratuity and Group Insurance.

(iii) G.P.F. with up-to-date interest.

(iv) Leave Encashment.

(v) Dearness and Medical Allowances.

(vi) Arrears of pay differences since 01.04.1997 to 31.03.2007 under 5th Pay revision.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18761 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 (vii) Arrears of Pay differences since 01.04.2007 to 23.05.2018 under 6th Pay Revision.

(viii) Arrears of pensionary benefits under the 6th Pay revision.

(ix) Fixation of pension under 6th Pay Revision.

(x) All other legitimate dues payable to the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction for which he be found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
