2. There is a delay of about 290 days in filing L.P.A. No. 1522 of 2019. In fact, in the year 2019, there was no application for condonation of delay even though, there was a delay in filing L.P.A. I.A. No. 01 of 2024 for condonation of

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1522 of 2019 dt.20-06-2024 2/2 delay has been filed in the year 2024. Perusal of pleadings, there is no specific material information has been revealed. In other words, sufficient cause has not been made out so as to condone the delay. On the other hand, very vaguely, it is stated that filing of L.P.A. was under process/movement from one office to another office. Therefore, there is bereft of reasons for condonation of delay of about 290 days.

3. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the appellant fairly submitted that the present matter could be dismissed in the light of order passed in Civil Review No. 54 of 2023, arising out of L.P.A. No. 1556 of 2018, decided on 13.03.2024.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2024 for condonation of delay stands rejected. In the result, the present L.P.A. is also dismissed in the light of the order passed in Civil Review No. 54 of 2023 decided on 13.03.2024.
