2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 07.07.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by order dated 12.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1886 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that while the earlier bail petition was rejected, however, liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge which has since been done on 11.02.2019.
4. Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3891 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017, on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
(iii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
