2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act (Amended ) 2018. 3 . Prosecution case is that 50 liters country made wine were recovered from tempo in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the tempo of which petitioner is registered owner.
