2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of the IPC.

3. According to allegation, the petitioner inflicted repeated knife blows on the person of the injured. The injury report shows that the injured suffered four incised wounds and one lacerated wound.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has been in custody since 01.09.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has

6. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.

7. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for a period of six months before the court below itself.
