That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to join the petitioner on the post of peon on the place of his father, who died during service period."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has already been appointed on compassionate ground, however, he be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by approaching the Respondent authorities.
