2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Registrar, Co-operative Society (Respondent No. 4).

3. In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner files an application before the Respondent No. 4 within a period of 4 weeks' from today, then the Respondent No. 4 is directed to disposed of the application of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks' thereafter, after hearing all the necessary parties.
