The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 332, 354(B), 436, 427, 379, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, in relation to the Tarabari P.S. Case No.67 of 2024, police recovered kidnapped Chandni Kumari and arrested the accused Mintu Singh and kept them under the supervision of the police officials in the police station. Both Mintu Singh and Chandni Kumari committed suicide by hanging themselves. When the relatives of the deceased persons got the information about the incident, several persons including the petitioner gathered along with deadly weapons and brutally

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.74950 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with
