The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the payment of the salary of the petitioner from 18.12.2013 to 30.12.2018 whereby and whereunder due to latches on the part of respondents the salary of the petitioner to the aforesaid period has not been paid.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Regional

Patna High Court CWJC No.18539 of 2023(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 Education Director, Munger, and while deciding the appeal the Regional Education Director, Munger, has given direction to the concerned Authority to make the payment of the petitioner, but till date no payment was made to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts above-mentioned, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 along with all supporting documents including the order of the Regional Education Director, Munger, within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the payment of the same shall be made to the petitioner within a period of ten weeks.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
