2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25 (1-B) (a), 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 04.09.2025 and against him investigation has been completed, though against the petitioner, there is criminal antecedent of one case in which he is on bail and the prosecution's claim regarding the recovery of firearms from the possession of the petitioner has been falsely fabricated by the police as the petitioner denied to fulfill the illegal demand of the police.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him and mainly the fact that the recovery of alleged firearm is said to have been made before the police, so, the release of the petitioner on bail at this stage will not affect the prosecution in any manner, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025.
