2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 385 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 85,980/-, motorcycle, mobile phone etc., were looted by three unknown criminals from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2024 and has nine criminal antecedents. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
