JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2023 in connection with Harsidhi Police Station Case No. 293/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/323/324/307/379/354/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim by Farsa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the injuries which are said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance, have

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
