====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-02-2025 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Madhya Nished) Excise P.S. Case No. 575 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 2 kg of 'Ganja' was recovered from the bag of the petitioner during checking.

4. The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 23.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 65500 of 2024 with an observation that the learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86968 of 2024(2) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 in any other case, the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted.

5. On verification, the learned Court below found that one criminal case was pending against the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to extend him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.

7. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
