Case No. 426 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019. Two other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
