2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant and allegation is that she tortured the complainant for giving birth of female child.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant and

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 549(c) of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
