2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 356(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 74, 308(4), 248(a) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66(E) of I.T. Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner enticed away informant and got married with her in the year 2021 and thereafter, started to torture and misbehave with her, on account of which, the informant lodged a case against this petitioner and came back to her Maika. It is further alleged that on 01.03.2025, informant and her mother were on way to market, in the meantime, petitioner came there and started misbehaving with mother of informant and also threatened and told her for registering the property in his name. It is next alleged that on 02.03.2025, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83915 of 2025(2) dt.06-01-2026 2/2 petitioner made the photo of informant viral on the Whatsapp public group & Facebook and on the same day at about 6 PM, he along with some unknown persons came to the house of informant and threatened her family members to withdraw earlier case and register the property in his favour, otherwise he would viral private photo & video. Besides this, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
