This application for regular bail arises out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been jointly submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the informant that the parties have resolved their dispute and a compromise has been reached between them. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.12.2019 stands confirmed.
