JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 325 of 2018 arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 392 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the instant case, case diary was called for which has been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case other co-accused persons have been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above

No.81387 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with S.Tr. No. 325 of 2018 arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017, subject to the following conditions:- (a) Bailors shall be family members;
