Petitioner is accused in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 registered under Section 387/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ravi Yadav. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61331 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- II, Bhagalpur in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015.
