The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the University-respondent to declare the result of B.Ed. Examination of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that result has been published and petitioner has been declared failed. Petitioner filed petition (Annexure-2) before the Examination of Controller, B.R.A.B.U., Muzaffarpur for re-evaluation of the copies of 2nd part B.Ed. Examination of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the University submits that a direction may be issued to re-evaluate the answer sheets, if there is a provision to re-evaluate or re-total the marks of the petitioner after depositing required fees in time.

Patna High Court CWJC No.994 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Controller of Examination, B.R.A.B.U., Muzaffarpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
