1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate-8 for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.03.2026 the present Civil Review Application

Patna High Court C. REV. No.288 of 2025(6) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 was disposed of but due to inadvertence in the second line of paragraph no.5 of the said order "Cr. Misc. Application" has been mentioned instead of "Civil Review", therefore, the same may be corrected.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the word in the second line of paragraph no.5 is directed to be corrected as "Civil Review" instead of "Cr. Misc. Application" in the order dated 18.03.2026.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in the present case, stands modified to the above extent.

5. The order passed today shall be part and parcel of the order dated 18.03.2026.
