The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 473 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that allegation of recovery of 14 litres of toddy from the possession of the petitioner is false. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is languishing in jail since 30.10.2019.
