2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) (a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. At the outset, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner stands dismissed.
