All the petitioners who have got criminal antecedent are found to be victimized as the allegation goes so levelled at the end of the informant, a police official that after coming to know about storage of wine, raid was conducted at the newly constructed house of Rupa Yadav and during course of search, a country made loaded pistol was found and seized. There happens to be no description whether Rupa Yadav is alive or dead. Moreover, paragraph 9 of the case diary details the place of occurrence wherein there happens to be specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79524 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 disclosure that the newly constructed house belongs to Jeetu Yadv, son of Rupa Yadav.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Jeetu Yadav, Baiju Yadav and Satendra Yadav in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- -I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S.
