Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is father-in-law of the sister of the informant. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the family members and nothing specific is alleged against this pettiioner. Petitioner resides separately from all his three sons and he has nothing to do with the day to day affairs between the husband and wife. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S.
