The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 30 litres of country made liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 23.09.2019.
