2. The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the FIR of Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 345 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code by which the petitioner has been wrongly implicated in this case at the instance of the respondent, the L & T Financial Services

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2610 of 2024(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 Company, West Champaran, Bihar to lodge the FIR against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the case has been investigated and the case has been found true against the petitioner.

4. If the charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner then the petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court under appropriate jurisdiction.

5. The petitioner is also given liberty to approach the I.O. of the case along with his representation and if such a representation is filed then the same shall be considered by the I.O. of the case before submitting the final form/charge-sheet.

6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
