The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. case No. 271/ 2018 registered under Section 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The informant alleged that after having received information that the petitioner was involved in illegal trafficking of illicit liquor house of the petitioner was raided and in front of the house of the petitioner from a pick up van 1530 liters of Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that house of the petitioner was not searched. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the pick up van. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2019. The petitioner has already

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. case No. 271/2018.
