JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.68086 of 2018.

Though the petitioner is named on the confessional statement of the co-accused and one witness has taken his name, standing near the dead body with service revolver. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case charge has been framed on 02.07.2019, but uptill-now not a single witness has been examined. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine

At the same time, S.P., Saran, Chapra, is directed to see that the witnesses are produced before the date fixed, so that the trial may be concluded within the above specified period. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
