2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109(1), 75 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons abused informant's nephew. It is further alleged that the co-accused, namely, Krishna Kumar, has given iron-rod blow on the head of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the injuries found on the body of the injured is simple in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 27.09.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18-11-2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77162 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
