JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 The petitioner had appeared for the Intermediate examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board, 2018. She had applied for scrutiny of her answer-sheets since she was declared 'fail'. It is her grievance that despite application having been made, scrutiny has not been done. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, however, informs this Court that scrutiny has been done and except in one subject, no change has been found. It is also his stand that outcome of the scrutiny has been uploaded on the website of the Board.

Considering the above submission made on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, no further order need be
