Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of suspicion merely because he is father-in-law of the deceased. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. It is further submitted that after investigation police has submitted charge-sheet only under sections 306, 201/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019.
