Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P. S. Case no. 165 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 447,341,323, 353, 504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has created a ruckus in the school and hurled abuses against the headmaster within the school premises upon which the headmaster has lodged the First Information report .

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 21.09.2019 whereas the First Information report has been lodged on 01.10.2019. It is indicative of the falsity of the allegations. The petitioner has no

The learned APP for the State has referred to the materials collected in the course of investigation. It has been found that the petitioner was indulging in such behavior. The other witnesses have supported the allegations including the students of the school.

Considering the rival submissions, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer for prearrest bail is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) shyambihari/- U T
