2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 660 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 498-A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is based on complaint petition is that the daughter of the complainant was married to one Babloo Kumar in the year 2018 and it is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons who were relatives of the victim/complainant have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41324 of 2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Complaint Case no. 660 of 2023, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, subject to the conditions as laid down
