The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S.Case No.417 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 384, 323, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is of demand of Rangdari and when informant protested he was assaulted by the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the informant was demanded Rs.5,000/- for issuance of S.L.C and due to that he has been implicated in this case. They have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86202 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 2019 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, however, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
