The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 327/2019 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 467, 468 and 414 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different coordinate benches of this court vide orders dated 25.11.2019 and 03.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. Nos. 76041 of 2019 and 62567 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78311 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.327 of 2019.
