This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Belchhi P.S. Case No.11 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

Unknown criminals have committed a loot of Rs.60,00,0000/- in a Bank, in which one person was killed. 4.

The name of the petitioner has come during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86828 of 2025(5) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 the investigation on the basis of self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. Further, an amount of Rs.46,00,0000/- , which is the part of the looted amount, has been recovered from the brother of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2021. He is accused in five more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
