2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 618 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, during the checking of vehicle, the petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no compliance of mandatory provisions of the preparation of seizure list . He also submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and the petitioner is a young boy, preparing for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2284 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 competitive examination and he is in jail custody since 02.10.2023. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case against the petitioner and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioner or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IVth, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 618 of 2023.
