2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, one country made katta loaded with live cartridge has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and no document has been produced by the petitioner in regard to the pistol and the cartridges.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that petitioner has never moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of Anticipatory bail or Regular bail.

6. It is also stated in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

8. Considering the recovery of unlicensed pistol and cartridges, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

9. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
