====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 28.5.2024 at about 9 AM, a meeting was being held near the main gate of the house of informant where petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have caught hold of the informant and assaulted her with lathi, danda. It is further alleged that when daughter of the informant came to save her, she was also assaulted by petitioner No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the simple injury, clean antecedent and other circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Anti P. S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
