2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for a direction to the respondent number 4 to 7 to settle the land for home according to the circular of Bihar Government. The petitioner is belong to SC/ST and landless. She is residing on government land having made a home from 48 year bearing khata number 110 plot number 1033 area .4 dismal Thana number 707 Anchal Rafiganj district Aurangabad Bihar and after then she has taken a electric line from

(ii) any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the Collector, Aurangabad for the redressal of the grievance as she has no place to reside.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that a proper petition has to be moved which can be taken into consideration and the petitioner cannot decide on the land which should be allotted to them.

5. This Court finds force in the contention of learned State Counsel, the petitioner should approach the Collector, Aurangabad detailing out her grievance but cannot ask for a particular piece of land.

6. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the same has to be considered under appropriate order passed in accordance with law.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
