2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gogari (Gogri) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021 / G.R. No. 1636 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of snatching Rs. 54,350/- from the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to make a good loss of the looted amount to the informant.

5. The petitioners are in custody since 14.07.2024.

6. Considering the facts of the case and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89660 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 considering the undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Gogari (Gogri) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021.

8. As a condition of this order, at the time of furnishing bails bonds, the petitioners are directed to bring a demand draft of Rs. 55,000/- in favour of the informant. If the petitioners bring the demand draft then their bail bonds shall be accepted and the same shall be released in favour of the informant by the concerned Court below.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Parbatta Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
