2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(E), 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Deepak Kumar committed rape upon the informant and demanded extortion. It is further alleged that after some days of the aforesaid incident, this petitioner and co-accused Suraj Kumar came at her residence with her obscene photographs and demanded Rs. 4 lacs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84214 of 2025(4) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. As a matter of fact, informant was having extra-marital affair with co-accused Deepak Kumar and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is pertinent to note that informant entered into relationship with Deepak Kumar in the year 2022 and present case has been lodged on 01.08.2025, as an afterthought. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 90 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
