The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 06 of 2016 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 and 17 of POCSO Act.
The allegation is regarding the daughter of the informant having gone outside her house, however, she did not return back.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Magistrate has submitted that she had gone with one Prem Kumar, hence it is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016.
