Petitioner is accused in connection with Morkahai P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120(b)/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
