Patna High Court CWJC No.843 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 Battiah DO No.1175 of 2003 by Respondent No.7 as contained in Annexure-P/5 to the writ application in view of order dated 09.09.2003 passed by Respondent No.6 as contained in Annexure-P/10 to the writ application whereby appointment of petitioner has been held valid and legal.
(B) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service henceforth in view of order dated 09.09.2003 passed by Respondent No. 6 as contained in Annexure-P/10 to the writ application whereby appointment of petitioner has been held valid/ legal and further similarly placed Constable No.563 namely Sri Ramesh Prasad, appointed with Petitioner and removed from service for same reason vide Bettiah DO No.
1176/2003 dated 30.06.2003, has been re-instead in service in compliance to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 23.09.2010 passed in CWJC No.15458 of 2005.
(C) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to grant all consequential benefits including arrears of salary for the entire period whereunder the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.843 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 has been kept out service due to order of removal from service issued by the respondent No.7 till re-instatement in service along with statutory interest."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondents have got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
